RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICY

Items in new condition returned within 30 days of the purchase date will receive a refund of the sales total (purchase price + tax). Shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Any item returned more than 30 days after the purchase date is ineligible for a refund. Any item that has been damaged is ineligible for a refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process return.

If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and create a new order for the new item.

For all returns, please:

Download and complete the return form.
Enter the reason code for each item you are returning.
Repack your order and enclose the return form in the package.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the 2-3 week refund process period.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund within 2-3 weeks, contact your credit card company or bank. Credit card companies and banks often have additional processing time before a refund is posted.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation and shipping insurance. Sensium is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
